Dos & Don’ts for Measuring Your Ring Size
• Don’t measure your fingers when they are cold, as this is when they are smallest. The best time to measure is at the end of the day when your fingers are naturally larger. Take at least two measurements for accuracy.
• If your knuckle is larger than the base of your finger, please leave a note during checkout, and we’ll adjust the sizing to ensure a comfortable fit.
• Do not use printable ring sizers, as they tend to be inaccurate due to printer settings. A proper ring sizer is essential for precise measurements.
How the Ring Should Fit
A well-sized ring should fit comfortably—snug enough to stay in place but loose enough to slide over your knuckle with ease. Checking your size multiple times ensures the best fit, minimizing the risk of loss and ensuring comfort.

If you accidentally order the wrong size, don't worry! If the size you ordered doesn't fit, we resize it free of charge in the first year, up to one full size, depending on the design.

Choose between classic engraving with a beautiful font or your own handwriting engraving. For classic engraving, fill in the text field on the product page engraving option. We deliver all our products worldwide, including bespoke engagement rings and custom jewelry pieces, with complimentary insured express shipping through trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Every handcrafted piece is carefully packaged and fully protected during transit.
Timeframes: All our jewelry is handcrafted to order. Existing designs require 2-3 weeks, while custom wedding rings and personalized jewelry take 3-8 weeks from design approval, depending on complexity. Delivery takes 2-3 business days to the US and the EU, and 4-5 business days to other destinations (a few countries may take longer). If you need your piece by a specific date, please check with us first. Entirely new designs may require additional time due to the innovative nature of the creative process. For urgent orders, we can often accommodate tighter timelines—contact us to discuss your needs.
Delivery: Please provide accurate shipping details and contact information to ensure smooth delivery. International orders may be subject to local import fees and taxes.
Rush Orders: we are also known for our ability to deliver jewelry within tight timelines when needed. Depending on the volume of orders, we can accommodate rush orders. If you require expedited service, please consult with us in advance to discuss the details and ensure we can meet your deadline.
Lost shipments
If you have not received your order within 14 business days after receiving the shipping information, please contact Cadi as soon as possible.
Modify or cancel within 24 hours of purchase by contacting info@cadijewelry.com. You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery for non-personalized, standard-sized items.
Size Adjustments
If you gave us an incorrect ring size, don't worry: we adjust it free of charge, up to one full size, depending on the design. For larger size changes, the complexity depends on your custom ring's design and structure.

Process
Contact us at info@cadijewelry.com for return instructions. Items must be returned within 5 days in original condition and packaging. A $85 handling fee applies, and return shipping is at your expense.
Custom Orders
Due to their personalized nature, bespoke jewelry pieces are final sale unless requiring size, different finish or plating adjustments. Engraved pieces are also final sale. Ring sets are made to order and are final sale: each set is made only after you order, to your two exact sizes, because the two rings are designed to complete each other. We confirm both sizes with you before we begin. We may offer store credit in exceptional circumstances. Your satisfaction matters to us. Customers in the European Union
If you live in the European Union, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase under EU consumer law, without giving a reason. Where this section differs from the conditions above, this section applies.
To withdraw, email info@cadijewelry.com within those 14 days with your order number and a clear statement that you are withdrawing from your purchase. We will arrange the return with our carrier, and the direct cost of that return shipment is deducted from your refund. The $85 handling fee does not apply.

We refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund until we receive the piece back or you show proof that it was sent.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to pieces made to your specifications or clearly personalized, including engraved pieces, custom pieces and ring sets. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the piece beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as holiday seasons, high demand periods, natural disasters, or other exceptional events. We'll keep you informed throughout your journey with us.

Your jewelry is covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Beyond that, we continue to offer support for repairs and adjustments, quoted as needed.
