Our prices are comparable to off-the-shelf rings of similar quality, but you receive a unique, handcrafted piece.

    Once the design is approved, a custom ring takes 3-8 weeks to make. Before that come the initial consultation (1-2 days), the design phase (3-5 days), and 3D rendering and approval (5-7 days). Shipping takes 2-5 business days. Rush orders available for an additional fee of up to 10%, depending on volume.

Yes, until the casting stage (about 10 days into the process). Minor changes are free, significant changes cost €100-300. After casting, changes incur a change fee of 25% of the total price.

How long does it take to make custom jewelry?

Once the design is approved, a custom piece takes 3-8 weeks to make, depending on its complexity. Shipping takes 2-5 business days after that. For urgent orders, we offer rush production in 2-3 weeks for an additional fee of up to 10%. Wedding rings, necklaces, and bracelets all follow similar timelines.

Every piece has a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, repaired or replaced at no charge. Beyond that, we offer lifetime service for as long as you own the piece (resizing, re-polishing, stone resetting and repairs), quoted per job. 1-year full warranty on small stone loss.

How do I know the ring size will be correct?

We'll send you a ring sizer (arrives in 5-7 days; its cost is refunded when you place an order). Alternatively, you can get sized at a local jeweler. Important: rings with full eternity settings cannot be resized. Other rings can be resized up or down by up to one full size, depending on the design.
