Every Cadi piece made in 18K gold is stamped to indicate its gold purity.
The mark stays with the piece as a permanent identification of the metal used. We work only with solid 18K gold for our gold jewelry, never gold plating, so the material is part of the piece itself, not a surface finish.

Is a bold one of a kind ring practical to wear every day?

Yes, when it is designed for that use. A larger or more sculptural ring is balanced for weight and comfort, while height, proportions and stone protection are considered around how you plan to wear it.

How is the price of a one of a kind piece decided?

Most of the cost comes from the work required to develop and build that particular piece. A from-scratch ring can involve design, modeling, stone sourcing, testing and construction details that need to be solved specifically for it, alongside the value of the metal and stones.

There is no fixed price list; each quote reflects the piece being made.

What is the difference between a custom piece and a one of a kind ring?

A custom piece is made around your brief and can begin with one of our existing designs. A one of a kind ring goes further in developing the final piece as an individual composition, shaped by its particular stone, proportions, materials, construction and personal details.

The two can overlap. An earlier Cadi design may inspire a new one of a kind piece, but the finished ring is developed for its new owner and is not reproduced as an identical copy.

How long does a ring take, and how does it ship?

An existing design adapted to you usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. A piece built from scratch is more often 3 to 6 weeks, and sourcing a particular rare stone can extend the timeline. From-scratch designs may also require additional testing of their construction, so it is worth starting early if you have a fixed date.
