Customers in the European Union

If you live in the European Union, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase under EU consumer law, without giving a reason. Where these terms differ from our general refund policy, these terms apply.

To withdraw, email info@cadijewelry.com within those 14 days with your order number and a clear statement that you are withdrawing from your purchase. We will arrange the return with our carrier, and the direct cost of that return shipment is deducted from your refund. The $85 handling fee does not apply.

We refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund until we receive the piece back or you show proof that it was sent.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to pieces made to your specifications or clearly personalized, including engraved pieces, custom pieces and ring sets. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the piece beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
